Dude Spawn

Can be activated by receiving one of the following commands:
OFF, ON, STATE, TOGGLE, !STATE, STOP ON, STOP OFF and STOP NEXT
The Lock flag can be set to disable spawning, the 1-shot flag doesn't work.

Besides the known dudes there are also a few special ones,
here's a brief discription of those and their behaviour:

200 = a flame falling to the ground
228 = an inanimate 1-headed Cerberus, will come to life after being hit
239 = an innocent, will collapse after 1 second
232 to 238 = 7 multiplayer Caleb sprites
240, 241, 242 = a burning dude running around, will finally collapse
243 = Dumb Tommy Cultist, will not retaliate after being hit
252 = an inanimate Tiny Caleb, will come to life after being hit
253 = an inanimate Beast, will come to life after being hit
